Built by ex-buyers. Run on documented discipline.

Conversera is the methodology-led, APAC-strong, AI-native B2B marketing partner for enterprise technology vendors.

Conversera is the methodology-led, APAC-strong, AI-native B2B marketing partner for enterprise technology vendors. We work where global agencies leave gaps — in regional execution, multi-lingual depth, and AI-native operations that go beyond slogan.

The firm is APAC-resident. Leadership in Sydney; delivery teams in Manila and Bengaluru, employed directly under Conversera. Multi-lingual capacity is real, not aspirational. Compliance is ISO 27001-certified. Our methodology is documented across six components, each with a named deliverable. Our operating infrastructure is built internally on AI capability — Claude as the capability layer — with engagement-level governance and audit trail.

Our existing client base includes HPE, Red Hat, and Vizrt — enterprise technology vendors whose marketing operations span global strategy and APAC execution.

From Simran

Ex-HPE · Ex-SAP · 20+ years in APAC enterprise tech

Twenty years inside the buyer's seat. One pattern worth solving directly.

I spent twenty years inside enterprise tech marketing — at HPE, at SAP, across APAC. I watched the same patterns play out across vendors, regions, and budget cycles. The global agency that does not actually deliver well in the region. The methodology that is branded but not deployed. The AI claim that is a slogan, not an operating model.

Most APAC enterprise tech CMOs I talk to have the same problem they will not say out loud. Their global agency partner does not deliver well in the region. Multi-lingual content is patchy. Cultural literacy is shallow. APAC gets treated as follow-the-sun. The regional marketing leader carries the pipeline gap, the executive scepticism, and the budget arguments that should have been settled by results.

The buyer's job has also changed. Buying committees grew — Forrester puts the median between thirteen and seventeen stakeholders for enterprise tech now. Procurement and security review tightened. AI capability moved from a slide to a procurement gate. The job is harder, more political, and more reviewed than it was a decade ago. Most agencies have not kept up.

Conversera is what I built when I decided that pattern was worth solving directly.

The firm is methodology-led because engagement design has to begin from revenue outcomes, not from the deliverable list. It is APAC-strong because the region needs operational ownership, not follow-the-sun. It is AI-native because the marketing operations we run for clients should demonstrate the AI thesis those clients are themselves selling. We were built by people who spent years on the buyer side because that is the only way to know which agency promises survive contact with the buying committee and which do not.

If any of this sounds familiar from your side of the table — happy to compare notes.

How we operate

Internal teams. Audited governance. Real APAC depth.

Our delivery teams are employees, not subcontractors — based in Manila and Bengaluru, working directly under Conversera leadership. Engagement quality holds consistent across accounts and across regions because the people doing the work are ours.

Multi-lingual capacity is operational across the languages that matter for APAC enterprise tech execution — including English, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, and Thai — with native or near-native review on outbound work in those markets.

Compliance is ISO 27001-certified. Data handling covers GDPR, CCPA, and APAC privacy regimes including the Australia Privacy Act, Singapore PDPA, and Japan APPI. Client data is segregated, access-controlled, and auditable.

Our AI operations are governed at the engagement level. The protocol documents where AI augments delivery, where human review applies, what audit trail exists, and what client visibility is in place. Clients see how the work was made.
